Computer Repair

First, we believe in Customer Service. We will treat you with dignity and respect. We strive to help you learn more about your computer or network. We are trained educators and trainers. We are people oriented and enjoy helping you solve your problems.

We will involve you in the level that you want to be involved. We pledge to not over charge you. We want give you good service for a fair price.

We will try to fix your computer for a fair price. If you computer is old, we may suggest you buy a new one, or have us buy you one, rather than put more money into your old one. We generally will not spend more than an hour on a problem before we give you a choice or a diagnosis.

Our hourly rate is as follows:

Home computers: $60 per hour.

Small Business: $65 per hour.

Rates may vary if work is something other than computer repair. An example might be custom data conversion, or help with a program.

We have a price structure and can give a firm estimate for most problems. If for some reason we cannot fix it for the estimated price, you will be informed and you can make the choice if you want to proceed, or if you want to stop. If we didn't help you, are only charged a $50 minimum fee and possibly a travel charge if we came to you. Our travel charge is based on $60 per hour for travel time. We don't charge for mileage.

Our bottom line is that if you are not happy, we have not done our job. Let us make you happy.

Networking

Most small businesses these days need to have their office networked. The advantages are that co-workers can share printers and files seamlessly. Another advantage of a networked office is the use of the internet and email through a single DSL, wireless, or cable connection.

Meadow Hawk Digital Design can help you design your network. In addition, we are experienced in cabling and wiring your office. Once the network is built, you will need us to connect the computers and printers. After the network is running, you will need to be able to call on us for occasional maintenance and trouble shooting.

Meadow Hawk Digital Design is proficient at both Macintosh and PC platforms. In fact, you can combine different types of computers if you desire. Meadow Hawk personel are Cisco trained, and have years of networking experience. Joel Cotton, our chief networking engineer has a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and is Certified Cisco Academy Instructor (CCAI).
